Founder

Meet Andri Kyprianou

I am the Founder of Olotys, a people and culture consultant with 14 plus years of international experience across global companies, scaling businesses and mission driven organisations.

I bring together structured HR practice, conscious leadership and a deep belief that work should support both performance and human dignity.

Today, I work with founders, CEOs, executives and People and Culture managers who want to grow without losing the human side of work. Through Olotys, I help them build fair people systems, strengthen leadership behaviour and turn purpose and values into everyday practice.

Currently based in Cyprus, supporting organisations locally and globally.

The Deeper Roots of the Work

Life taught me early that the way people are treated leaves lasting marks. I believe work should never demand disconnection from self in exchange for success. This conviction, together with an international career in HR and deep engagement with healing practices, shapes my approach to conscious leadership and culture.

A Path Shaped Across Systems and Cultures

I did not arrive at this work through theory. I arrived here through experience across sectors, cultures and continents.

Early in my career, I saw how success can feel empty when work is disconnected from values, trust and purpose. Later, in humanitarian and charity organisations, I experienced the opposite: people working with commitment because the mission mattered.

At Action Against Hunger, I saw how HR could support people helping children and communities affected by malnutrition. In other social impact organisations, I supported HR projects connected to homelessness, addiction recovery and disability inclusion.

At TikTok during the pandemic, I saw how even fast paced work can feel meaningful when it helps people find joy, creativity and connection. At GroupM, I experienced the value of structure, scale and disciplined people practices.

These experiences shaped how I see HR today: not only as policies and processes, but as a way to help people work with clarity, serve a purpose and feel connected to why their work matters.

Why Consciousness Matters in Leadership

To me, consciousness means awareness of impact.

Leaders shape more than business results. Their decisions, behaviours and systems shape how people feel, work, relate and grow. Over time, this affects teams, families and communities.

My parallel journey with yoga, meditation, breathwork and healing has deepened how I see this responsibility. It has taught me that real leadership starts with self-awareness, because we cannot create healthier workplaces without looking honestly at how we lead.

Healing Changed the Lens

Yoga, breathwork, meditation and inner work have become part of my way of seeing and listening. Sustainable change, whether personal or organisational, requires deep self-awareness.

Why Spirituality Belongs in the World of Work

Ancient healing ceremony, Bali, Indonesia
Spirituality in its most grounded form is the awareness of who we are, what we value, how we relate to others and what meaning we choose to serve. Stripped back, spirituality is simply consciousness in practice. It is how we relate to meaning, purpose and connection. Leaders need high consciousness because every decision carries impact, and the level of a leader’s awareness sets the level of the organisation.

Why Olotys exists

Olotys was born from the belief that work shapes human lives. Too many organisations pursue growth while people practices remain reactive or disconnected from values. Olotys helps leaders humanise work by bringing ethical HR practice, self awareness, empathy and purpose together.

Why I created Olotys

I created Olotys to help leaders bring together structure and soul.

That means building clear HR foundations, strengthening leadership behaviour, creating cultures of trust and accountability, and helping organisations turn purpose into everyday practice.

The goal is not softness without structure. It is not performance at the expense of people.

It is work where people, purpose and performance can grow together.

The Deeper Roots of the Work

The words people return to most often when describing Andri’s work are calm, clear, thoughtful, and deeply human. They speak of someone who brings structure without harshness, care without vagueness, and the kind of presence that helps people think more clearly, speak more honestly, and move forward with greater trust. Her work is thoughtful, practical, and quietly transformative.
